To be honest, I didn’t even know what to say about IThink as they are just doing their job and they do it very well. It is important to me that some IT issues would not disrupt our business processes. Fortunately, or rather thanks to the expertise of IThink, everything works smoothly. A simple call or email is enough for IThink specialists to start working on the issues remotely. Thanks to them, we can all return to do our jobs that we love.

After we started working with IThink our entire IT infrastructure has been properly arranged: from workstations to video surveillance systems. When we notice a problem and want to report it, we usually find out that IThink is already aware of such issue and is working on it. The necessary maintenance work is done with minimal disruption to employees. Their communication is orderly, rational and sincere.
